Loading screen doesn't come up after champ select

So every time after champ select after the countdown the loading screen doesn't come up, I'll click on the league client and it goes to the screen when you first loggin but without the option to start a game, it will also say I'm in game, so then I'll try to reopen league and it still doesn't come up, so then I'm forced to restart my whole computer then it will come up, but I shouldn't have to do that every time, especially since it causes me to fall behind in match and sometimes causes the team to ff, please help...
