[CLIENT] Skin Boost did not affect entire team

In a recent ARAM game of mine, someone in the lobby used a skin boost. I received a message saying I would be gifted with the Pool Party Graves skin for this game. In the load screen, Graves's splash art was skinless. In game Graves also did not have a skin. After the game I did receive the 100 bonus IP.
