[GAMEPLAY] Allies in TFT refuse to move/attack

During a few ranked games of TFT, I noticed a bug where my allies would just stop moving or attacking, either dying or drawing out fights like krugs to the point that they timed out. It didn't seem to be limited to specific characters over the span of different games, but I did notice that within each game it seemed to be the same characters nearly every round unless I shuffled my arrangement around.
