Wrong champ display pictures and not all skins showing

I was in the champion skins category. I was counting my skins and I noticed that not all skins are listed in this category. I had the boxes checked for owned and everything. MANY skins are not listed. So I had to go into champions category and click each champ and count skins this way. Which with someone like me, with a lot of skins (I currently have 222 skins) this is very time consuming. BUT in the champs category, I noticed that Diana has Shaco's picture on it and Dr. Mundo has Rumble's picture. I don't see a button to report a bug on legacy client. I have not checked to see if this problem is in the new client or not. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thank you.
