Internet issues

Ok so basically my computer says it is connected to the Wi-Fi and says I have internet access. So I start to queue and get to champion select and either it says trying to reconnect or it lets me go to the loading thing after champion select then says network issues even though I'm connected to the internet. This problem just started happening, and now I'm in low priority queue because of it. I don't know what to do. I am currently in the process of trying to download the hextech repair tool thing. Any tips on fixing this?
