[GAMEPLAY] Twitch's R unable to attack to Nexus or Champion.

[GAMEPLAY] Twitch - His ultimate was unable to attack to Nexus (main). Sometime it happens to a champion (secondary).

Summoning Twitch, when he was doing the backdoor and he activated his ult and attack to the Nexus, but it seems the nexus had taken no damage from that. It means, Twitch had to move close from his ult range, and then attack to Nexus again, however it was barely work. Sometime it works, sometime not. Not only the problem, but sometime it also a minor problem with champions. When a champion was running from Twitch's active ult, and it's unaffected to damage. No bush or bush, I believed there have something in a minor bug(s).

Main bug:

1. Summon Twitch
2. Active Ultimate
3. Attack on the Enemy Nexus
4. See if it works or not

It happened me few time in the ARAM and Normal Blind Draft. I barely win for that bug.

Secondary bug: (You don't have to check it, but it would be nice if it will save time.)

1. Summon Twitch
2. Active Ultimate
3. No bush: Test to attack a stand champion (it's working)
4. No bush: Test a running champion very far on Twitch's ult range, attack it.
5. Bush w/ warded: Repeat #3
6. Bush w/ warded: Repeat #4
7. Bush w/ no warded: Testing a running champion very far on twitch's ult range, attack it before a champion enter the bush.
8. Check if it is actually work or not.

I think, it was from a bush. For example, when it is warded in a bush, a champion was running and entering in, my ult seemed the damage is unaffected to that champion from the bush. It happened me sometime in the normal blind mode game.
