this is not normal

so hear is the problem my league of legends is buggy and i dont know how to fix that i press the play button it takes 1 to 3 min to go on the mode i want to play or sometimes it doesnt work at all i just press it and nothing happens and IF i get into the game mod i want to play for example aram i press play it need to wait 2 to 3 min to go into the Q or it doesnt show at all and i am lucky and it lets me go into Q if the match found comes if someone denies it it freezes till i close leag and IF that works too than in the champion select it need to wait 30 to 40 sek or more to see what champ i got or what runes or masteris i have in general my lol is bugged as hell PLEASE HELP ME!
