Stuck in load screens

So My friends and I seem to be lately getting stuck in load screen. Just last night I was playing a game as lux in ARURF and I randomly disconnected. I go to reconnect I'm stuck in load screen and no matter how many times I log out an relog in n hit reconnect i would be taken to the load screen get to 100% but not load back into game. Then I tried again today same thing happens. It goes to load screen and I'm stuck in load screen at 96% for 5 minutes so I disconnect an reconnect and only make it to 6% an it stalls and i'm stuck in it load screen again. And the game gets remade and I get reported. So can this be fixed? or am I just gonn get punished each an everytime this happens? And for those who say "its your net or ur isp" its not. I've already covered that and its not them.
