Kha'Zix bugged evolve? Also chat stuck in top right

I recently found a bug that when I evolved Kha'Zixs e at lv 11, the upgrade boxes would go away expect for two , which were just an outline. I had to click the actual e again for it to go away. It also wouldn't let me use abbilitys I think (It said I was lv 1 on the boards and couldn't post so it took a few days for riot to fix it, I don't rly remember all the details anymore).

Another bug I found is that after I spectated a friends game with the new hub and moved the chat around in it, all other games (and I mean actual games, not spectating) had my chat stuck in the top right and being unable to move it cause half of it is off screen. Useful when I'm on the bot team, distracting when I'm on the top team.
