My league ingame is zoomed in and my mouse scroller isnt broken how do i unzoom?

So i get back from collage to log in and play some games maybe go on ranked but after i installed the recent patch(patch-bug fix) my league has been zoomed in when it loads into the summoners rift half my screen is gone and im super zoomed in i can barely play now ive been trying to change all the setting in customs i even reset it all to defaults to have no success my mouse is fine i even got another mouse to see if it was the scroller but still no affect i cant play with the screen this zoomed in how can i ever get out of bronze before Christmas like this :') plz any suggestions would be amazing and my screen resolution is fine so like i said no idea any help much appreciated thanks
