Why does when my internet crashes and i restart router and pc client reverts to previous version and i have to update all over again ?

And why are patches 180-550 MB when changes made are in the zone of 20-50 MB mostly just some images and few scripts ?

I think your grammar needs to update. And i'm not sure why your computer does that. Maybe just a glitch?
