No Chest Reward For S ranked game

I played a game in which I did well enough to receive an S rank. Yet I did not receive chest reward. Is this a bug? And can I be compensated?

have you had any kind of ban? because if you have then you dont get anything
It's nothing uncommon I've had the same issue about 3 times so far.
You don't get another chest if you have already achieved S and gotten a chest with the same champion.
you can only get a chest once every 7 days if you look on your summoner profile there are 4 chests, and it says "you can earn a new chest in x more days" if you've already gotten a chest from a game this week, you can't get another one for a bit
No this happened first day or second idk but I Had not yet even played that champ since Hextech started
