[GAMEPLAY] Ryze & Muramana

Last game, I was playing against a Ryze who built a manamune. At first, I was laughing because Ryze applying muramana was removed 1 or 2 patch after the muramana release but then he Q'd me and I saw the effect of the muramana (+ it was a 700dmg Q). Same for the cage. My premade experienced it aswell and looking at how Ryze was spamming spells I am pretty sure it wasn't auto attacks in between spells.
