I recently just played a couple games on ranked where I would "DC" where I would stand in place for a few seconds and not be able to click chat or use abilities but everyone else around me were able too. I ended up losing ranked game because of that. I check my laptop, ping and upload speed and they were all fine. Riot's servers op.

Only select people are having this bug. It's not the servers. It's either your internet, your computer, or something that you're running.
