[CLIENT] Suck at Accept/Decline screen.

I was queuing for a Rank game when the Client got stuck in accept or decline. I could hear the different sounds of champs, so I knew I had join them in the lobby. I just couldn't do anything. If I try to quit the client because its stuck I get the Time Penalty pop up on me, asking me am I sure about this. I linked a photo of what it looks like. Hopefully, you can find a solution quickly.
