[CLIENT] The client has been broken for weeks, but this is a new level. (chat and friends list)

The chat will not connect no matter how many relogs, restarts, or trying to debug the client. I have no access to my friends list or messages.

Riot, what happened? Why didn't you just revert the client when the horrendous number of bugs started. The lagginess, broken friends list, and numerous issues are insane. We've all been enjoying your new content but please go back to basics.
