Can't buy items as Zyra in Ranked Game

There is a major bug with buying items in shop. I was playing as Zyra support. Cannot buy anything. GG. Thanks for making Ranked Games not fun.

Same issue, Sion support. It seems like it's linked to the new Sightstone Quests, because it started after I completed my Quest with Targon's Brace. Items were grayed out, even though I had enough gold to purchase - except for the Eye item, which I did not have enough gold to purchase...

The first item I noticed was Knight's Vow. I had both components, and the combine cost should have been 600 gold - I had 900. This happened several times (I ended up buying components for Locket, instead) until I had 1400 gold (the combine cost if I only had 1 component), after which it allowed me to purchase Knight's Vow (thankfully only for the 600 cost, even though it started showing 1400 then).

Later, I wasn't able to complete Locket, and it did not resolve itself like with Knight's Vow - I had 2400 gold at one point (Locket's total price is 2300...) and could not purchase, even though the combine cost was 1100. I only had one component, though, so maybe I could have gotten it if I had both...
