As 
main with items and passive extra magic damage 1st 3 seconds of fight i shoud be able to kill 
. My first basic attack literally didnt do any damage as we all know his passive applies only on basic attacks. Then my R shoud reset passive but again same. As main i refuse to play it until getting fixed. That bug cost me a game.
Wait I played him to 170k points almost only as Blue and didnt know the passive "applies only on basic attacksÈ.
I just tried to test this is the .. and I can not re create it.. watching the video it looked to me that lux had a shield.. which may have blocked magical damge?
and I do not think the passive resets when you ult.. it states first 3 seconds of champion combat, I can find no where that says it resets with ult and you are not leaving combat by ulting..
