Minions stuck on Inner Turret [GAMEPLAY]

I'm not sure how this happened or at what time, but I'm bringing this bug to attention anyways as a minor bug. Basically I looked at the top inner tower and found three minions glitching there; They remained there until they died near the end of the game.
