Zac E bug, still here, but worse

In my games at least, the Zac E where he runs at you instead of flying happens very very often, I would say half the time, but now I dont see him at all. Is this a problem with my game? Or are other people experiencing this as well? In this clip, Zac is just invisible and appeared at a random spot on the minimap.
