[GAMEPLAY] Shen's Q will not be applied when standing over it.

On Shen, when standing above your spirit sword and using Q, you will not activate the 3 empowered auto attacks. It will still put the skill on cool down and the audio effects will still activate, but the empowered autos will not be applied.

   1: Stand over your spirit sword.
   2: Activate Q.
   3: Watch as you receive no empowered auto attack buff and put the skill on cool down. 

It has happened every time I stood over Shen's spirit sword; at least in the multiple games I have played as him.
