why i can not use chromas skin

i buy some chromas skin ,but when i pick champion i don't have any options use for chromas skin

Sorry to hear you can't select your chroma. D: We're aware of this issue and could use your help to investigate.

What game modes are you unable to select the chroma in?
Is this happening on the Alpha Client?
Did you purchase this chroma shortly before you tried to use it?
Have you logged out of League since purchasing the chroma?
Have you used the chroma in a game at all so far? If so, which queue?
Download the Hextech Repair Tool so we can collect your air client logs: https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/player-support/tools/Hextech%20Repair%20Tool.msi

Once you’ve run the repair tool, a .zip file will be created on your desktop that includes your logs. Please attach it to your boards post. :)
