[GAMEPLAY] Fiora W not blocking on-hit/on-damage effects

On-hit effects still proc when the damage dealt is blocked by Fiora's W. Occasionally, it doesn't block the damage at all. Particularly, this bug occurs with Gangplanks Q with Grasp of the Undying, but I've also noticed it with Malphite Q+Arcane Comet.

To reproduce this bug, as Fiora, Riposte an ability that applies said effects (such as GP Q with Grasp or Malphite Q with Arcane Comet). Grasp of the Undying or Arcane Comet will still proc in these scenarios, and occasionally the damage from the ability will not be blocked either.

I've noticed a 100% occurrence rate of on-hit/on-damage effects not being blocked and rarely damage will not be blocked.
