So here is what happened. The first time that i went into que, i accepted and as soon as i did that it said that i ahve been removed from que for not accepting. Then i que in again and get into champ select, me being 4h pick. as soon as it was my turn i instantly got kicked out and i lost lp for that. and i que in again and it happens to me again and now i have a 29 minute timer.

I also have experienced a somewhat similar bug during champion select. When opening my mastery page during champion select, the mastery page opened as an off white box. When clicking the "x" in the upper right corner to close the box, nothing happens, rendering me helpless to not select a champion, thus losing LP and now having a wait timer. I am just trying to relax before work and play a game, and I have bugs like this all the time that make me wait even longer for quality lobbies and to be able to rank up due to losing LP. I took 3 screenshots of this happening, one during champion select, then two after I was removed from the lobby.
