[GAMEPLAY] cant cast abilities with keyboard

So i get into game and open the shop with the O button, and find it doesnt open so I have to click on the shop guy. Walk in to lane and level my first ability, but then when i try and use it on the enemy, it doesnt work. Try mashing the button a few times, still nothing. Maybe its a keyboard problem? Alt tab and type stuff into firefox. Nope. Wait a while, level up a few more abilities, still nothing works. Summoners, camera lock, basically any input is not working, although i can open chat and type. So I decide to close the game and rejoin to see if that helps, it didnt. Even decided to restart the whole client afterwards and the keys were still locked out. Decided to play the game out anyway. After about 25 minutes and a score of 0/5/5 the problems seems to have magically fixed itself and the keys just decided to work again. Ive been playing this game for more than 4 years now and around 4000 games all up, this has happened to me only once before and I have not the foggiest why.
