Gragas's W Drunken rage disappears when he gets cc'd

I don't know if it's normal, but when I drink that sweet alcoholic beverage, the auto attack buff Gragas gets is lost right after he gets stunned, taunted, etc. Just wondering if it's part of Gragas's mechanics or a bug. Thanks.
