[Game Play] Vi q bug

Vi's q just gets disabled in the middle of the game and I can no longer use her q for the rest of the game. This happened to me every single time I have played her and it is losing me games and getting pretty annoying. Vi was like this in the previous season and does this again this season. Please fix this.
