Lane Calling Problems

Sometimes while in champion select I call a lane but the things i say dont appear in chat. when i plress enter the words disappear but dont go into chat plus i dont see other people's msgs. hope riot can fix this. its make it hard to commuicate with my team i usaually have to pick what role that is left. it goes back to normal after i reset the game.
