[GAMEPLAY] Camera fixated on cursor. Minimap glitch!

I've had this problem for a very long time (past 2 seasons?) and it seems to only be affecting a small percentage of players, seeing as how the topic isn't talked about frequently. If you would go to my playsTV, you can see at the 4-5 second mark that my camera would actually be stuck to my cursor, and it would follow my cursor until I would click on the minimap again. It's lost me a handful of teamfights and occurs several times each game. If there's anyone that can give me some insight into this, I'd appreciate it. Thank ya
