Bug splat whenever I go back to fountain

Hello friends! When ever I play the game I get a bug splat when I'm trying to open the shop or when I go back to the fountain. I have been able to recreate this for every single game that I have played. It doesn't matter whether it's ARAM or Regular SR. It's really detrimental because I leave the game every single time I feel that I will eventually get leaver buster and potentially get banned. As for now I only really play when my friends ask me to play. Is there anyway to fix this?
