Remake Bug Abuse?

In case the link above to the match doesn't work, I was playing udyr with orianna, jayce, teemo, and cait.

FACTS:At lvl 1 orianna disconnected in mid lane, then came back about 20 seconds later before minions even spawned I believe. When she came back she claimed it was a bugsplat. After this incident I'm pretty sure there was no other disconnections and everyone was playing the game with no issues. Around 2:30 (very roughly) orianna died 1v1 in lane. She then immediately started a remake which, if I recall correctly, was passed with 2 votes to 0. In the post-game lobby she claimed that she didn't lose any lp (this was ranked) and most people were confused about how the remake happened.

SPECULATION/CONCERN: I believe it is possibly that orianna intentionally abused some sort of connection issue to allow her to remake even if everyone was playing and somebody gave fb. Even if this particular issue was unintentional, it may be possible for others to intentionally abuse this.

Also, this is the only time this has happened to me and I don't know how to reproduce the issue.
