[GAMEPLAY] relic shield particles appear when I have no stacks

Sometimes I get an extra relic shield charge particle that circles my champion and stays there for the rest of the game. This is problematic because sometimes it leads me to take cs when I don't actually have a proc. I'm not really sure what causes it because I don't notice it right away, but I seem to see it more frequently when I play Sion support (I use the lumberjack Sion skin).
