FIX THESE ISSUES

Every single time a patch is applied your trying to equal out any unfair exploitation of a new hero or past heros.

Fix these issues...

Skarner is slower than a snails turtle... if he had one. He can't even run in without getting pounded by range and no speed to get out with his W. Also his ult is bugged with Tristan, that when you pull Tristan lets say from start point of in front of your tower to behind your tower, when Tristan does his jump, he s able to do it way from his initial start, which was way in front of the tower, not where the Skarner's ult ended. That's ridiculous...

Also the speed issue...

I see so many heros with speeds reading 380 and yet I get MS items just to be able to out run them and can't it's ridiculous.

So many edits you keep doing that are ruining this game.
