[Gameplay][PBE] Scuttlecrab isn't being taunted.

So I realize he is a completely passive mob, and so there is understandably no autoattack capabilities programmed in him. But he doesn't even approach you or stop if you use a taunt. I know he has a hard shell, but you'd think the constant taunts would get to him eventually.
