i'm making the grades and i'm not receiving any tokens. riot please help . It's happening to other players as well

You can only get tokens while playing on Summoner's Rift in either Normal-Draft, Normal-Blind, or Ranked. Look's like you've been playing Hexakill, which you cannot earn tokens from.
