[Client] Game Crashed "Renekton file missing"

So loading into a rank game, the opposing team Renekton is taking a while to load then everyone reaches 100% and my game decides to crash as an error pops up that I'm missing a Renekton file. Okay stuff happens, but why was I allowed to start a ranked game when I have a missing file in my client? I'm sure I'll get reported and have a nice lp loss as well...
