[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench Q animation missing

When in the enemy team, Tahm Kench using his Tongue Lash (Q) while hidden (whether by fog of war or by hiding in a bush), will reveal Tahm Kench, but the animation for Tongue Lash will not be seen, instead having an idle Tahm Kench with attack itself in front of his model.

1. Launch League of Legends
2. Log in to an existing account
3. Create a custom game
4. Have a Tahm Kench on the opposing team
5. Select the Start Game option
6. Have Tahm Kench hide in a bush
7. Have Tahm Kench use Tongue Lash (Q)

This has happened in every game I've played with a Tahm Kench as an opposing champion.
