I can't log in to the new client it said unable to connect to the login queue....
I couldn't connect it I've tried everything at least I think I did follow the instruction on riot website.

If you post on the Help & Support board they may have additional steps and can assist you. Have you tested your connection to the server by running a tracert with the steps here? If you see an issue along to routing, using a VPN may serve as a workaround. Don't forget about the Hextech Repair Tool as well, if the issue is with your firewall it may be able to automatically set it up properly for you.
