[BUG][GAMEPLAY] Vi Vault Breaker disabled when killed during use.

Was playing a custom game as Vi, attempting to solo baron. Died just as I hit Q to start vault breaker power up. After respawn couldn't use Vault Breaker. Hovering over the icon gave the AOE outline but clicking did not activate. Hotkey did not activate, though a click sound was heard to acknowledge the event. Died and respawned and Q still not working. Other abilities working fine.
