Why is the game still not working?

So basically what's been happening to me is that since about patch 9.15 every other game the client crashes and freezes my whole machine... So i have to restart my entire pc hoping that the enemy team hasn't ended the game/my team hasn't surrendered yet. And most of the time that's exactly what has happened. So over the course of about 40 ranked games i went from gold promos to silverII 0lp and tbh, I absolutely refuse to accept that just because riot still hasn't figured out how to fix their game that I maybe wont get the victorious champion skin chroma you get for being gold at the end of the season. It just feels like riot has stopped giving a sh*t about the game and how the players feel about it.
