Locking in button NOT WORKING

Locking in does not work even when spamming it! happened to me twice! Approx 7 and 6 seconds from countdown I clicked, first time 3 times second time several, and the click animation occurs and the sound occurs but nothing else happens, and I'm booted from the game, costing me 5+ minutes of my time AND LP. MULTIPLE PEOPLE report this problem, and we need to be REFUNDED due to Riots BUGGED SOFTWARE.
