PBE Client not working at all

I just recently made a PBE account and downloaded the client but I've run into several issues with it already. For one, took a very long time to download. Then once it finally finished, I didn't get the 3000 RP and 5 blue essence that was added to the account. I also did not have the option to buy any skins at all in champ select. Finally, the game would not connect at all once champ select was over.
