[CRASH] Totally random(not litteraly cause nothing is random) crash at loading screen

I'm realy annoyed from this. Not first time happening. (But i don't think other time it was this(same) bug, it felt different(somehow closed it very fast))

So in this nice evening i logged in league of legends. I played one game, but it was total wreckage and we surrendered ( cause i was like 0/10 or more as adc) so it sucks... But, to the point, then i, for a short time, chatted with my friends, i bought shaco for IP and joined queue(summoners rift, blind pick). After picking champions and all the salt in the chat, finaly loading screen showed up. Everyone except one guy had 100%. For that last guy, it started loading, got to 7% and stoped there(cause screen freezed). Then nothing moved.

Shortcuts i pressed to try to close window - alt + f4(old school), win + r (wrote in taskkill /f /t /im leagueoflegends.exe (didnt know what is process name), ctrl + win + right(change virtual desktops, i thought maybe that way i could get to cmd and look at process name))

Then i was like, oh right i have two monitor setup. Then i pressed win + r, wrote in cmd.exe, win + left few times and then i got to cmd finaly, wrote in tasklist and then taskkill /f /t /im LoLClient.exe , didnt work(so it doesnt host that loading screen process or something..) , then i tried taskkill /f /t /im LoLLauncher.exe and guess what, it finaly worked.. :O (i know there is easier way closing windows like this. please let me know, im a fcking retard :D )

So if anyone have this bug press win+r and type carefully ( wont work with typos ) taskkill /f /t /im LoLLauncher.exe (just trying to help)

Game - R3d Logs file - 2016-09-03T01-25-21_r3dlog.txt Every else log file was last modified way before time i played, but if you need them, just write.

I hope you solve this bug soon, because im uninstalling league, for now, until this gets fixed. Cause i REAAALLYYY hate bugs like this. GL
