[Gameplay] Draven Passive Bug

As of recent patchs Draven doesnt get whirling blades (extra adoration after 6 minion kills) from supports using relic shield

  1. Have a minion streak
  2. Have your relic shield support hit the minion
  3. Should continue start/finish streak. Instead stays the same

In recent patchs the whirling blades stack was given and it ruins the extra adoration from a whole wave sometimes with certain supports. =[ Can reproduce 10/10 times

It probably wasn't intentional and was taken out but they forgot to mention it in the notes. Plus I feel like it wasn't working as intended before if that was what it was doing.
