Zoe Can't Flash Nor use Her W with Flash attached

After picking up a zhonyas active from enemy fizz. i used it after team fight to pick up the enemy fizz's flash. That's when it went to hell

After picking up said flash -could not use my own flash -could not use the picked up flash -there was no countdown for when the flash would disappear as there is when you have an active picked up with W -could still use ignite and all other abilities

I could not get rid of the flash, it would not disappear, nor could i use my own flash. I have 2 videos with me attempting to flash and pinging that i have the flash and that both state they are ready for use when pinged but its not letting me post them.
