Hotkeys not working and the ensuing bs

Two games in a row.**** Edit:1/24/16 Same issue, same behaviour, starting to form a rapport with the bug. >_> Velkoz mid, Blue side First time having this issue, so here goes, as comprehensively as possible. Upon entering the game, I could not use any summoners spells or champion abilities except when repeatedly jamming the keys, which would only occasionally have any effect.** Using tab to view the scoreboard, using space to center the camera in free camera mode, and using the chat (which includes hitting enter or shift+enter and then typing whatever), and hitting escape to go to the options menu all worked without an issue.** One thing of note is that in the options menu, attempting to rebind keys did not accept inputs. Attempted fixes which DID NOT work: Unplugging and replugging keyboard. Using keyboard in a different USB port. Re-setting hotkeys to default through options menu. Exiting and reentering league from reconnect screen. What finally worked was exiting league completely, and restarting AS ADMIN from the patcher. After coming back in, all keys worked, juuust in time for the surrender vote. The aforementioned ensuing bs? Getting a leaver buster after the game. After having been in the game the entire time and leaving the game to fix an issue? What a kick in the balls. But not to be too salty, I did have to leave the game, so I suppose it was understandable. I post this in the hopes that these notes will help in some way, shape, or form.
