Champions Of The League Mission

Hello , I was just wandering ,

All my friends invited me to play, since the new patch has come out , and asked me what legendary skin i got .

Well it appears that i didnt have the mission they have that would unlock a random legendary skin , the "Champions of the League Mission"

i didtn get ban this season , so i was wondering why i didnt recieve it.
