Spells Bug

Hi, I still have this problem and i still see people that have the same problem like me.. I know that is a probblem with the client because i tryed to reinstall League and still didn t solve anything... I know the photo is in Romanian and maybe some of you will not understand what is there. But is a error ... And yeah.. My spells are always and . Those 2 spells are bloked. And to play with my spells i have to chose my first spell and than click ok to the error and than lock in what champ i want to play in that game and than chose my next spell . It takes some usefull time to just chose my spells. Maybe i want to play another champ in that game and i have to make my runes.Well i can t do my runes cause i don t have time to... It s just annoying to do so... I hope this will be solved soon . And what comes with this problem. In custom games that are with random pick. I can chose just a spell. Cause i can t lock in the champ and sellect the next spell cause it s random pick... I played some custom random pick games with my friends and in every game i had to use or with another spell..
