Ive had an issue for the past couple of days where my abilities will be used and random letters will be typed without my doing, followed by all the letters being erased and it typing hello. Assuming it was an issue with my computer i wiped my computer and reinstalled league only for it to happen again, please help.

Funny story that may help, my gf's computer once seemed possessed. Anywhere you'd leave the cursor, it'd start typing random letters that would change into words. Super annoying right, and kinda spooky? Figured out voice recognition was turned on, but no mic was present, so it was turning the random background noise of the computer itself into letters, then auto-correct would turn those letters into words. Might be worth checking.
Also if this trick still works, its a hilarious way to fuck with people. They think its a virus or malware, but since it isn't it doesn't get detected.
Are you using a shared computer? They might have installed a scripting program that runs at the same time as LoL and you just haven't noticed it properly yet.
Look for a usb dongle you did not put into your computer yourself. Chances are, someone has a wireless keyboard in the other room, and is fucking with you.
You probably accidentally activated macro registration on your keyboard/mouse which is doable with softwares like Razer Synapse. So everytime you go in-game the software is executing previously registered keyboard/mouse actions.
Check whatever software your mouse/keyboard is using and make sure you delete all macro recordings. That should fix your problem.
