Extreme client lag and Collection bug

After every game the client seems to extremely slow down. I don't know if this has any relevancy but the client lagged after I completed a mission. After it gave the pop up it said it added 28 new missions where as I only have 4 rn. (2nd bug) Whenever I go into my collection none of the champion portraits show up and when I look at there skins it looks like they have 20+ skins with blank portraits.
